Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. When she was 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take the time off from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for many years and set higher goals each year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to finish her college education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. The competition was among the very best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto exercises. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
